Al Zayani Investments Cricket Team

Al Zayani Investments has a cricket team in the local cricket league which started this January. The Captain of the team is Kamran Shaukat from Euro Motors and the team is consisting of 14 players. Most of the players are out siders because its not a easy game to play, it requires lot of skill/practice and experience. Kamran is trying is best to make sure that by the start of new season next year we have our own people.

Al Zayani Investment won the first match of this season Arwa Cricket club by 34 runs victory. In this match Kamran scored the top score of the season (81) runs by playing only 13 over in 20 over limited match. He was named as the man of the match, Kamran had played on a professional level in Pakistan. He use to be one of the top players in Saudi Arabian league. He completed 101 centuries (one century=100 Runs) before leaving the Saudi League. He spent most of his teen age years with the cricket legend of Pakistan Saeed Anwar, they both played with different teams together. Saeed Anwar’s father was Kamran” coach for few years, at the start of his life in cricket for many years.
