Orient Motors Donates Mini-Bus to Cancer Society

Orient Motors, a subsidiary of Zayani Motors and the exclusive dealers of Jinbei in the Kingdom of Bahrain recently donated a 15-seater Jinbei mini-bus to the Bahrain Cancer Society.

The bus was presented by Managing Director of Zayani Motors, Mr. Nawaf Alzayani to Dr. Abdulrahman Fakhro, President of Bahrain Cancer Society and Mrs. Dana Fakhro, Head of the Fund Raising Committee at the Zayani Motors showroom.

The Bahrain Cancer Society established a support group in 1993 with the goals of helping patients and their families cope with this disease and increasing public awareness concerning early detection.

The red event, sponsored by Land Rover for the celebration of the 6th anniversary

The red event, sponsored by Land Rover for the celebration of the 6th anniversary of Woman This Month Magazine was held on Tuesday 20th January 2009 at Al Taj Ballroom, Sheraton, Bahrain.  The guests of honor were Princess Natalia and Irina Storzzi – 15th generation descendants of the Mona Lisa.  It was a charity auction for the benefit of local and regional charities.

The event included fashion show, awards ceremony, and charity auction of paintings by famous Bahraini artist Abbas Mosawi of the two princesses.

Euro Motors Sponsored Banyan Tree Event 

The Banyan Tree event was sponsored by Euro Motors and Land Rover on the 7th March 2009.  It was a family day and many VIPs were invited.  This was a long day program in which ladies spent the day at the spa while men enjoyed the off road experience with LR3.  Professional instructors were employed to guide the guests with driving techniques and explain the functions of the car.

Catering provided off road by Banyan Tree then all guests enjoyed the trip from Banyan Tree to Tree Of Life.  It was a complete 'fun-packed' day.

The event was concluded with a ceremony to thank Euro Motors and Land Rover.

Euro Motors participated in the Young Arab Leaders event as the transport sponsor for the speaker Dr. Partha S. Gosh (Global strategist and policy advisor).  YAL power speaker series was from 3rd – 5th March 2009 at Coral Beach.

Alzayani Investments Group's Family Day

Alzayani Investments Group organized its Annual Family Party, family day, on Friday, 20th March 2009 in a camp at Al Sakheer area. A number of competitions and recreational games were organized for the employees and their family members.  During the event, the Group Managing Director Mr. Zayed R Alzayani gave a speech about the achievements and improvements of Alzayani group during 2008 and in the first quarter of 2009. Later on that day, Mr Zayed and the Directors, Mr. Nawaf and Mr. Abdulrahman,  presented a number of employees, who have spent more than five years with the company, with long service awards in appreciation of their dedication and loyalty to the company.  The employees and their families participated in several activites and were presented with many valuable prizes. They spent a pleasant day in a warm family atmosphere. The gathering was concluded by a speech from the Group Chairman Mr. Khalid Alzayani, who thanked the employees for a job well done and wished them a pleasant evening.
