The esteemed award is issued by Mitsubishi Motors Corporation (MMC) to Mitsubishi dealers around the world for their outstanding performance with regard to the PQR (Product Quality Review) activities.
A Product Quality Review is a regular periodic quality evaluation of all licensed activities, which are conducted with the help of certain key performance indicators that verify the consistency of an existing process and the accuracy of the various procedures involved. This is an effective quality improvement tool to enhance the consistency of a process and the overall quality of the product.
KPI (Key Performance Indicator) is a type of performance measurement that determines how successfully and effectively a company is in achieving their key business objectives. This indicator largely assists in measuring the company’s progress toward their organisational goals.
The 2015 PQR KPI award was given to the distributor based on issuing the largest number of PQR’s that meet the contest standard within the specified time, for showing tremendous responsiveness to all MMC’s inquiries and requests and for writing a PQR of an outstanding information value.
