Companies and Establishments Football League Cup 2007

Al Zayani Investments Group Football team gets ready for participation in the Companies and Establishments Football League and Cup 2007 to be held in the middle of June. The football team concluded a contract with the prominent coach Mr. Abdulsaheb Abdulnabi, for this season & Mr. Haitham Mustafa appointed as a team Manager.

The team has 3 training sessions in a week with the participation of the team captain, Zayed Al Zayani. A number of outstanding players from Al Zayani Investments Group were selected and took part in the training sessions with the rest of players.

Inter Company Tournament 2007

For the fourth successive year, Al Zayani Investments Group organized the Annual Six-a-side Championship on 4th May 2007 at Manama Sports Club. Ten teams that took part in this year's championship were namely: Al Zayani Investments, Zayani Properties, Euro Motors (Sales), Euro Motors (Service), Euro Motors (Land Rover), First Motors, Zayani Motors, Zayani Leasing, Midal Cables and Aluwheel.

Al Zayani Investments team led by the team's captain and Managing Director of Al Zayani Investments, Zayed Al Zayani, won the final match against Zayani Properties by a penalty shoot-out when the match ended in a draw. In the award presentation ceremony, Al Zayani Investments team captain received the Six a-side Championship Cup from team's coach Mr. Abdulsaheb Abdulnabi along with commemorative cups to Zayani Properties.

Al Zayani Investments team captain presents the Championship's Soccer cup to Yousif Ahmed (Euro Motors – Sales) and Abdulwahab Ali (Al Zayani Investments) who scored three goals each, the best player cup to Ammar Hassan (Zayani Properties) and the best goalkeeper to Ali Yousif (Zayani Properties).
