- Experience in Autoline Drive all modules – After Sales, Vehicle Management, Stock Management, CTI – Contact Management, CRM, International Accounts.
- Troubleshoot and provide 1st level support to all users.
- Ability to develop reports using a Drive Report Generator.
- Knowledge of Call Center Scripting. Administration of Call Center Server
- General User Administration – defining and assigning roles.
- Setting up Spoolers, administration of Print Manager server.
- Knowledge of Manufacturer Interfaces and Franchise Data setup.
