Alzayani Investments Group and Nasser Centre for Science and Technology to Implement Apprenticeship Programme
Alzayani Investments Group and Nasser Centre for Science and Technology have signed a Memorandum of Understanding to collaborate on the implementation of the Apprenticeship Programme, in the presence of Mr. Rashid Zayed Alzayani, Managing Director of Zayani Motors, Euro Motors, First Motors and Aloula Motors, and Dr. Abdullah bin Nasser Al Noaimi, Chief Executive Officer of Nasser Centre for Science and Technology. The partnership reflects both parties’ commitment to supporting and developing national talent while aligning education and training with the evolving needs of the labour market.
The Apprenticeship Programme offers an integrated model that combines 30% off-the-job academic training, with 70% on-the-job practical training over a three-year period. The programme aims to equip apprentices with the knowledge, skills and hands-on experience needed to enhance their workplace readiness while providing them with opportunities to gain exposure to the different divisions and companies across Alzayani Investments Group. This contributes to developing their technical and professional skills and strengthening their understanding of workplace requirements.
Mr. Rashid Zayed Alzayani, Managing Director of Zayani Motors, Euro Motors, First Motors and Aloula Motors, stated: “Through this collaboration, we aim to provide Bahraini youth with valuable opportunities to develop their skills and gain practical experience, enhancing their workplace readiness and contributing to the development of national talent capable of meeting the future needs of the labour market.”
