As an investment company, Alzayani Group understands the power of resources and the impact they can have when put to good use. The company made it among its earnest missions to not only grow profit but to leverage resources towards creating a positive impact on society.

The Rashid Alzayani foundation was established in 2009 with the mission to give back to society, by conducting various charitable and sustainable development projects in the Kingdom of Bahrain to promote long-term betterment for all.

The foundation is committed to making a tangible difference, by providing multiple programs and services such as home renovations for those in need, educational grants in multiple institutions, and marriage support programs. As well as working closely with many other charitable societies to tackle a wide range of issues such as Special Needs and autism in children, migrant workers protection, environmental issues, and many others.

As well as its ongoing programs, the foundation has also constructed multiple facilities around the Kingdom of Bahrain, starting with the Rashid Alzayani port in Jasra dedicated to local fishermen and residents of that area, and the Rashid Alzayani Hall in Muharraq which serves as a community meeting hall for the people of the area, the foundation also constructed the Majid Alzayani School, Kindergarten and Quran School in Riffa, as well as the Rashid Alzayani Mosque in Galali and the Mahfooda Alzayani Mosque in Janabiya. 

The foundation runs on two parallels, it focuses on conducting Charitable work and delivering aid and relief for the local community while simultaneously achieving a long-term sustainable impact on society.
